Fluffy French Toast

Fluffy French Toast



What you need:

– 1 large egg

– 1/2  Cup of milk

– 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon (optional-I make it without)

– Toast (It’s up to you to cut off the edges or keep them)

– Oil
What you do:

– Mix the egg and milk and cinnamon in a bowl till well combined.




– Put around a tablespoon of oil onto a pan and heat.

– Dip a single toast in the mixture without leaving it in (it will soak up the mixture and become too soggy to                 handle)

– Flip the toast and dip it into the liquid.

Note: Make sure both sides are coated in the mixture and are not too soggy.

– Place coated toast onto heated oil till golden brown.

– Flip, and remove when done.

– Repeat coating and frying for remaining toasts (you will need to add more oil between toasts) , AND YOU                 ARE DONE!!
