½ kg Chicken | 1/2kg murgh ka gosht
1tsp Ajinomoto | 1chae ka chamach ajinomoto
½ tsp Black pepper (grounded) |1/2 chae ka chamach kuti huwi siyah mirch
2tsp Soya sauce
½ tsp salt | 1/2 chae ka chamach namak
1 Egg | ek anda
2tbs Flour | 2khane k chamach maeda
1tsp corn flour | 1chae ka chamach makai ka ata
A pinch Baking powder + Salt |ek chutki baking powder or namak
How to prepare Spicy Chicken
Marinate the chicken with ajinomots, Black pepper, Soya sauce and salt for a few hours. Add flour, egg, Corn flour Baking powder and salt in another bowl and make a fine paste. Now deep the marinated chicken in this paste and deep fry it. When they become golden take them out and serve with ketchup.
