Chicken kebabs



















Chicken kebabs

  • -1 and 1/2 kg chicken mince
  • -2 onions chopped finely
  • -5 cloves garlic finely ---chopped/minced
  • -Turmeric 1 tsp
  • -Chilli 1 tsp
  • -Coriander powder 1 tsp
  • -Black ground pepper 1/2 tsp
  • -Salt 1 tsp 
  • -Smoked paprika 1/2 tsp
  • -Curry powder 1 tsp
  • -Finely chopped coriander 1 cup
  • -6 green chilli finely chopped.
  • -1 1/2 tsp ginger paste.
  • -3 tbsp olive oil.
  • -1/2 of a lemons juice

Method:

  • Mix up all the ingredients in a big bowl. Leave it in the fridge for an hour. (This will kind of marinate the mixture)
  • Get a plate and line with cling film.
  • Get 2 tbsp oil in a small bowl and oil your hands. 
  • get some mixture in your hands and roll it between your palms and make flat round kebabs. Keep on oiling your hands each time as the mixture is kind of gooey.
  • Put your kebabs on the plate making sure they don't overlap.
  • When you do one layer put cling film over it and keep on repeating this. 
  • When you've finished, you can either cook yours or freeze it.
  • If you're freezing after few hours get the plate out the fridge and separate them and put them in freezer bag.
  • To cook just grill for 10 mins in grill machine/in the oven
  • Or you can add little oil in a pan and cook them for five minutes on each side.
  • Enjoy with your favourite dip/chutney/sauce
